摘要
Based on the demands for higher vocational college teachers, this paper aims to establish an evaluation index system on the consideration of their ability quality, class teaching capacity, practical teaching capacity as well as working performance. The practical teaching capacity plays an important role in performance appraisal system, which reflects the emphasis placed on practical skills of teachers in vocational colleges. Compared with former appraisal models, the new modal set on the method of Set-Pair Analysis (SPA) is more accurate, objective and agreeable to teachers. The feedback of the appraisal results can help teachers to improve their competence and guarantee the realization of organizational goals.
