摘要：

Self-diffusion coefficients of nickel in bulk metallic glass Zr55Al10Ni10Cu25 have been measured by an ion-beam sputter-sectioning technique in the temperature range from 538 to 720K. The temperature dependence of the diffusivities in the supercooled liquid phase is much different from that in the amorphous phase below the glass transition temperature. The diffusivity in the supercooled liquid phase is much larger than that extrapolated from the amorphous phase. This enhancement can be interpreted to be attributed to increase in the temperature-dependent configuration entropy in the supercooled liquid phase which was evaluated by DSC.
