Formation of split patterns of γ′ precipitates in Ni-Al via particle aggregation

摘要
An alternative mechanism for the formation of the split patterns in multi-particle systems is presented. It is shown by both 2D and 3D simulations that particles belonging to different anti-phase domains approach each other during the process of growth.
