A design of regional prototype re-utilizing system for there-cycling resources of a city and solutions for related projects in such practice. are given. The constructional principle of the regional prototype re-utilizing demonstration area is discussed. The structure of the urban regenerated resources recycling system and the formation of the project are described in detail. And some key points for the implementation of the project operation are pointed out and summarized.
