摘要
During the development of the vehicle controller, there are problems such as low test efficiency, difficulty in analog signal capture, and inability to accurately find the fault location. In order to solve these problems. in this paper, an analog signal detection scheme of the vehicle controller based on CAN bus is proposed. Hardware in the loop test method is adopted. The signal generating circuit is designed to simulate the input signal of the vehicle controller. The processing results of the controller are fed back through the CAN bus. Use the CAN analysis tool to display the test results. Through a large number of test experiments, it is proved that the system can meet the function verification of analog acquisition of different vehicle controllers and it is also convenient for testers to conduct quantitative analysis and calibration of analog signals of electric vehicles.
