摘要：
Public sectors are continuously looking for methods to optimize their service performance by adopting new technologies. The term for this is e-governance. Cloud computing (CC) is a part of a technological trend that can help government agencies deliver their services using the Internet. This paper will explore the key benefits of CC to e-governance. The primary benefits are cost effectiveness, availability, scalability, ease of implementation, access to IT competencies, green computing, disaster recovery, policy management, and auditing.
