摘要
Sustainable development has evolved to address current-day environmental challenges which are global in nature. This paper outlines important as it recognizes that to be able to fully quantify the benefits of sustainable projects, one of the critical measures that needs to be taken into account is end user value and social perspective. This research will develop a framework to evaluate end users' value perception and social factors of sustainable projects and empirically test this framework. The Framework will help to develop a program of sustainability and determine best practices for sustainable project development and elucidate critical environmental and social benefits with impact across the whole economy.
