Determination of some metal elements from the HCl lixivium of tobacco by inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry

摘要
The methods for the lixiviation of tobacco sample with 5 mol/L HCl and determination of some metal elements with inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry were studied. The good result was achieved by the method for the determination of K, Ca, Mg, Cu, B, Ba, Zn, but the measured values of P, Fe, Mn were low silightly. This method was simple, fast and safe. The measured results of this method correspand with the method of digested by HNO3-HClO4. The method has been applied to the analysis of tobacco standard samples GBW08514 and GBW08515, the determined values were in agreement with the standard values.
