摘要
the design of this paper take IPC and the high-speed data acquisition card PCI as the core, and take high precision accelerometer, force sensor and hall sensor as peripheral device's clutch online detection system. At the same time expert system method was applied in the clutch's fault signal diagnosis to realize the production fault diagnosis function which based on expert system. The fault, tree analysis method is applied to establish the knowledge base of expert system, through the fault tree's qualitative analysis, then apply the simplify fault tree to knowledge base which based on rules, not only the difficulties of knowledge acquisition can be solved, but also the knowledge base can be simplified and the knowledge redundancy can be reduced, which benefit to system's fast diagnosis.
