摘要
We report on the pressure dependence of novel skutterudites {Sr, Ba}Pt4Ge12 regarding normal and superconducting properties. The pressure dependence of the superconducting transition temperature T-c is weak for both compounds. In case of SrPt4Ge12, T-c(p) follows fairly well the behaviour of the electronic density of states at the Fermi energy calculated for a set of decreasing lattice parameters, thereby mimicking hydrostatic pressure up to 20 kbar.
