摘要
There is no doubt that the public discourse can be interpreted as a consequence of an epistemic relation between knowing reason and the world to know, as the foundation of understanding and rapprochement between the immediate reality, as a rhetorical theme or as a principle of social-political decision-making. Being these some of the perspectives from which the public discourse can be considered, as right, its interpretation being exclusively an epistemological one. This is the thesis work, and assuming that the public discourse, in any of the above cases would be, is founded and true, we shall see to what extent the context, but mostly the significance, may alter or conversely may increase its alethic availability. And this sentence implies a more profound one: that interpretation has an ethical dimension, too. In other words, contrary to the belief that the interpretation can evade the constraints of pure objectivity, of the pure privilege of bias, can be found codes and schemes of interpretation so that it become commensurable. In the public discourse the consequence would be that you cannot say anything about any assert, without ethical implications. The scheme of interpretation does not necessarily imply a certain formalism of the decryption of the message, but put the comprehensive act more or less around the truth.
