New Luminescent Zn(II)-Based Sensor for the Detection of Fe3+, Treatment and Nursing of Acute Radiation Skin Injury

摘要
Hydrothermal reactions among Zn(NO3)(2)center dot 6H(2)O, 4,4'-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl (bimb), and H2L yielded a novel luminescent Zn(II) compound, that is, [Zn(L)(bimb)](n) (1, H2L = 1,3-bis(4-carboxy-phenoxy) propane), which featured a four-fold interpenetrating two dimensional (2D) -> 2D layered structure. Moreover, this compound showed high thermal stability and can be exploited as the luminescent sensor for the measurement of Fe 3 ' in aqueous solutions via luminescence quenching. Its treatment and nursing application value of acute radiation skin injury was explored, the relevant mechanism was analyzed as well. First, ELISA was conducted to test the contents of inflammatory cytokines that were released into tissue. Real time RT-PCR was performed to quantify the activation level of the NF-kappa B signaling pathway.
