摘要
As a result of light exposure to the dyed textile materials, there have been important changes (fading). Especially in summer days this fading effect resulted from degradation of the dye has clearly been observed because of sun light and perspiration. This problem makes several textile producers desperate against the consumer. The fact that the producers should be become conscious in this matter and should make studies aiming at solution of this problem have been of great importance. In this article post treatment with singlet oxygen quencher and ultraviolet absorbers suitable for cellulosic materials had been made to the fabrics dyed with reactive dyestuffs which are the most used dyestuffs. The effects of UV absorbers and singlet oxygen quencher on lights light - perspiration (acidic and basic) and light-water fastnesses were investigated.
