摘要
The focus of this research project is on the adhesion properties between liquid silicone rubber and thermoplastics. By silicatization of the thermoplastic surfaces an adhesion between both components could be produced or improved. The long-term stability of the activation as well as the wetting behaviour was investigated by FTIR spectroscopy and contact angle measurement. Changes in surface roughness could be visualized wing laser microscopy. In accordance with VDI 2019, the peel resistance of all composites was determined and the results were compared.
