摘要
Nano Cu2ZnSnS4 (CZTS) microsphere was prepared by the solvothermal method using glycol as solvent. The phase, structure, morphology, and optical properties of the as-synthesized products were investigated by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman spectroscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and transmission electron micro-scope (TEM). The results showed that the obtained nano microsphere was composed numerous CZTS nanocrystals with tetragonal phase structure and had a good absorption of visible light. In addition, a possible fabrication mechanism of nano CZTS microsphere was also inferred.
