摘要：
The problem of evaluation of knowledge management as it is a key source for competitive advantage in organizations, has attracted considerable attention. However, the available uncertainty in knowledge management bound us. It involves many factors and the traditional accounting methods are difficult to be used for this problem. Thus, in this paper, an expert system has been developed. Based on fuzzy evaluation procedure for the selected criteria, intellectual capitals have been evaluated for Iran Telecommunication Research Center (ITRC) as a case study. Also, its outputs have been satisfied by the managers of ITRC.
