摘要
Construction of smart grid is no longer a challenge for the new technology. Today's electric power industry requires efficient management of smart grid by increased power consumption. However, it has not been constructed effectively because there are no specific and detailed model. To be formed smart grid effectively, it is required the transition of viewpoint from macroscopic to microscopic. This paper analyse how to construct smart grid effective as a suggestion of Smart neuron model at microscopic viewpoint and ratio of development for embodiment of Smart neuron model.
