摘要
Single stage four switches three-phase (FSTP) Buck-boost inverter is presented as a new topology able to operate within a high range of dc input voltage. The topology is characterized by its ability to achieve dc-ac conversion in addition to voltage buck/boost capability. Furthermore, the obtained output voltage is naturally sinusoidal, without any need of output filter, in comparison with the conventional FSTP inverter. Unlike its precedence, the presented topology employs fewer number of switching devices, inductors, and capacitors, resulting in a reduced cost and size. A non-linear slide mode control is applied on the proposed FSTP buck-boost inverter to tightly control its operational dynamics. The operation principles of the proposed topology are illustrated with mathematical analysis, while output results using MATLAB/SIMULINK are illustrated to verify the topology features.
