摘要
The coordinated control of generator excitation and FACTS device is an effective and economical measure to improve power system stability. This paper proposes a coordinate control strategy of exciter and TCSC based on generalized Hamilton theory. The dynamic of the overall conductance is introduced to represent the TCSC control effect, with which the third-order generator model can be expressed as generalized Hamilton system. An energy compensation and damping injection method, with a more obvious physical meaning, is used to design the coordinated control law of excitation and TCSC. Simulation results of a practical power system demonstrate that the proposed control strategy can increase the system damping and improve the stability of the system.
