With the formation and further development of the capital structure theory, some scholars started to pay attention to the effects which come from the non-financial stakeholders, including the consumers, suppliers, employees and so on. In this paper we will cite this theory to research the Chinese automotive industry to test whether this theory is appropriate for it.
