摘要
Compared with conventional wind power fluctuation, ramp events have significant time-sequence characteristics, and the prediction information is usually expressed as the probability distribution of the start time, duration and the ramp amounts of the ramp event. There is a big difference with the conventional wind power forecast information, which is difficult to be directly applied to the system reserve setting and the prevention control process. Aiming at these problems, the prevention control strategy of the ramp events is proposed. The IEEE-24 node system is taken as an example to verify the proposed model by simulation. The results show that this method can be used to control the risk of the system under the action of ramp events and can get the optimal results of the expected objectives and decision preference of the operators.
