摘要
In this work, we have prepared both Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta samples (Bi-2212) and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8+delta samples with carbon nanotubes embedded (CNTE Bi-2212) by partial-melting processing. AC susceptibilty measurements show that the Bi-2212 samples as well as the CNTE Bi-2212 samples have a sharp transition at 94K and -86K, respectively. The pinning properties of these samples are studied by means of magneto-optical visualization of flux distribution up to 77K. The results indicate that our Bi-2212 samples have obviously enhanced pinning capacity, and in our CNTE Bi-2212 samples, the pinning is even stronger and the fields of flux entry are doubled at intermediate temperatures compared to those of our Bi-2212 samples.
