摘要
In the era of customer economy, customers are becoming the core of competitive focus. The customer operation mode and product operation mode were compared based on customer economy affecting enterprise operation. The results showed that customers were important assets of enterprise and decided the value of enterprise, the enterprise should turn operating object from product to customer and apply customer operation mode. The main content, characteristic and advantages of customer operation mode were explained, and the operating tactic and suggestion on how to carry out it was presented in this paper. The results can help the enterprise apply customer operation mode to obtain sustainable customer competitive superiority.
