摘要
Although water resources in Sanya city is abundant, the uneven time-space distribution, mismatching with the layout of productivity, low level of utilization and inharmonious regional water utilization, which seriously affect and restrict development of Sanya, a famous tourist city. Considering water resources conditions and water supply situations in Sanya city, the water resources allocation model based on regulating rules in Sanya city is established, and appropriate improvements of generalization rules, allocation rules and operation rules are made in this model. According to hydrological data from 1956 to 2010, water resources allocation in Sanya city in 2020 is realized. Water demand is 40749 million m(3), water supply is 40465 million m(3) and water shortage is 284 million m(3) in 2020.
