摘要
This study focuses on the role of knowledge sharing willingness within the relationship between psychological capital and innovative behaviour by using multiple regression analysis and structure equation model with a sample of 310 employees from the industry in south of China. The result supports the assumptions: First, psychological capital is positively related to knowledge sharing willingness and innovative behaviour. Second, knowledge sharing willingness is positively related to innovative behaviour. What's more, knowledge sharing willingness is the intermediate factor between psychological capital and innovative behaviour.
