摘要
A (1D,3V) electrostatic collisionless kinetic layer model for the plasma contacted with a material surface is developed. Distribution functions (DF) of plasma components in the transition layer "a plasma wall" are obtained on the basis narrow analytical decision appropriate to the boundary kinetic problem. Correct boundary conditions and equation for calculation of Bohm potential are deduced which ensure continuous interface of the quasi-neutral plasma with a transition layer.
