摘要
In this work, a new diarylethene chemosensor with excellent photochromic properties upon UV-vis irradiation was designed and synthesized. Moreover, the fabricated probe could detect the CN- via colorimetric assay with the color change from colorless to yellow that can be observed by the naked eye. The sensor also exhibited an outstanding fluorescent relay-response toward Al3+/Cr3+ with high selectivity and sensitivity. Upon binding with Al3+, the generated diarylethene aluminum complex, confirmed by Job's plot titration and mass spectrometry analysis, could exhibit a remarkable fluorescence enhancement (Phi = 0.583) with a limit of detection (LOD) of 5.47 x 10(-7) M. The diarylethene-based chelate can be further used as a new platform for sensitive detection of Cr3+ through fluorescence quenching caused by Al3+ replacement.
