摘要：
A key to the 23 species of the muscid genus Pygophora Schiner from China based on males is provided. A new species Pygophora nigrimargiala sp. nov. is described. The voucher specimens and types of the new species are deposited in the Institute of Entomology, Shenyang Normal University, Shenyang, P.R. China.
