摘要
Since 2004, the "labor shortage" has radiated from the southeast coast to the whole country. Some scholars believe that this marks the arrival of Lewis turning point in China, but this can not explain the contradictory co-existence of labor surplus and employment vacancies of China's labor market. This paper, based on calculation with Gustav -Fei model, demonstrates the Lewis turning point has not yet arrived and that the labor market is in relative shortage, analyzes the causes of the structural shortage of migrant workers, including rural policy improvement, lag in industrial restructuring, the notion difference between the old and new migrant workers
