摘要
In order to get high yield of nano-Graphite oxide through raw materials of nature graphite, the preparation process of oxidation, expansion, and ultrasound smash were studied. It is found that the more intense of oxidation reaction is, the more crack the expanded graphite is, and more completely the expansion of the nano-Graphite oxide will be. The Large expansion volume of the nano-Graphite oxide can be more easily crushed into nano-Graphite oxide at the same ultrasonic time. And the longer the ultrasonic time is, the more the yield of nano particle size of expanded nano-Graphite oxide is. And the less ultrasonic time can get the smaller nano particle size. The result shows that the best process conditions of nano-Graphite oxide are as follows: V-sulfate acid: V-Nitrate acid=5:1, m (fine graphite): m (Potassium permanganate) =1:0.18. The expansion temperature is 950-1000 degrees C, and ultrasonic time is 10h.
