摘要
Based on the definition of construction supply chain and quality management of the supply chain, this paper defines the construction supply chain quality management, analyzes the characteristics, of the construction supply chain quality management. Framework of construction supply chain quality management,, involving choice of cooperative partner according to the quality, obtaining and analysis of customers' demand, quality information flow management, course management, and the evaluation of quality economic benefits, is set up from the angle of quality management from the building to the operating of the construction supply chain, and the objectives of the chain. The paper also puts forward the implementation frame of construction supply chain quality management from the four layers of basic environment, technological platform, carrying out, and goal.
