摘要：

Enhancing the teachers' vocational practical ability in vocational colleges is related to the resolution of contradiction between the huge need and supply for highly skilled talents at present as well as the cultivation of the core competitiveness of vocational colleges. As far as weakness of the specialized teachers' vocational practice ability is concerned, vocational colleges promote the combination of teachers' vocational training, further study and their self-study, strengthen the contacts with business and establish the incentive and restraint mechanisms conducive to the development of teachers in order to meet the latest needs that they improve the quality of their talents continuously.
