摘要
To solve the problem of insufficient power supply capability of transmission network, a strategy for distribution network reconfiguration is proposed in this paper. This proposal is done through both distribution network reconfiguration and the feasibility analysis to achieve the minimum loss of load. Firstly, the sensitivity analysis of load distribution and power distribution is proposed in order to construct the evaluation index of the minimum loss of load, based on insufficient power supply capability of transmission network. Secondly, the network is re-configured for distribution network, followed by evaluation of minimum load loss. Because of the distribution network re-configuration and the evaluation of minimum load loss above mentioned, a reconfiguration optimization scheme for distribution network is established. To satisfy the multiple needs of minimum loss of load, minimum numbers of breaker operation, security and reliability operation of power system transmission and distribution, a practical and optimized re-configuration strategy for distribution network is achieved. Finally, a real case based on a regional Liaoning electric power system network is simulated and calculated to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this strategy.
