摘要
Building Information Modelling (BIM) nowadays becomes increasingly demand in construction industry. BIM provides an efficient and effective framework to support all data and information from construction players. This will enhance the interoperability between them. Moreover, sustainable construction had developed their system into a particular tool to be demonstrated in early stage of construction. Thus, it will help parties involved during early design into decision making. System development of sustainable assessment in this paper introduces the process of designing, testing and defining to a one platform call Sustainable Assessment Building Information Modelling Green Building Index (SABIG).
