摘要：
New media and technologies emerging provide opportunities and challenges for the construction of digital animation library. We analyze the current status, problems and characteristics of the national development of the digital animation library. Propose some new ideas and implementation measures scientifically. The proposal consists of a distinctive collection database, creating a generic engineering of digital animation industry and joining a national digital library group to achieve network sharing of information resources.
