摘要：

Drug-induced Sweet's syndrome is uncommon but has been associated with various drugs such as antibiotics. We report a case of severe neutrophilic dermatosis following amoxicillin clavulanic acid treatment for a supposed infectious tonsillitis in a 52-year-old woman. This association has not been described so far. Thus, physicians should be aware of medications when meeting patients with neutrophilic dermatosis. (C) 2012 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
