This is the ninth part of translation of Guidelines of the American College of Cardiology / American Heart Association 2007 for the Management of Patients With Unstable Angina/Non-ST-Elevation Myocardial Infarction. The present Guidelines represent a revision of ACC/AHA 2002 Guideline Update for the Management of Patients With Unstable Angina and Non-ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction. As basis for the revision served data of completed multicenter randomized trials and information on novel classes of drugs and interventional catheter technologies. Official permission for translation and publication was obtained by the authors from ACC Director of Business Development - George P. George.
