摘要
Food-packaging system and human health are interrelated and in this context we considered current knowledge on food safety risks from packaging materials during their storage. Due to the migration process of different contaminants and chemicals contained in packaging materials into food you have so bad influence to the consumer. On the other hand, it has been shown that a strong ecological impact on the intensity of this process and the accompanied phenomenon have been studied carefully, to better understand the mechanisms for clarifying the environmental indications involved. Migration (physical and chemical influenced diffusion) has become an integral part of food security. Particular attention has been paid for establishing some EU and FDA legislation which on their part determine the limits to some chemicals, polymers, monomers and additives containing packaging materials for food contact.
