摘要
In this paper, application of H-infinity strategy in structure with controllable constrained layer damping is investigated Taking an example of cantilever rectangular plate with controllable constrained damping layer, H-infinity output feedback controller is synthesised by employing the mixed sensitivity design method to robustly stabilize the actual structures against frequency and parameter uncertainties respectively. The numerical simulation and the experimental results show H-infinity control compared with displacement proportional feedback control can suppress more effectively the modal vibration of the structure with controllable constrained damping layer without causing spillover phenomena of the truncated modes and has better robust stability.
