摘要：

Traditionally, labor division and assignment in the judging of the athletics competition is based on experience rather than theory. Thus, it can hardly achieve a desirable effect. This paper is to research on the application of of Hungarian Method for labor division and Assignment in judging of the athletics competition, in order to seek a method of labor division and assignment through which the referees can best exert their talents by the method of quantification, digitization and scientization. Also, this paper is aimed to provide a scientific and practical method of labor division and assignment for the organizers and the general referee.
