摘要
We study the a.c.-resistivity (3 mHz-50 MHz) in the nb-plane of YBa2Cu3O7 and Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8-films. c-axis grown on SrTiO3(001) and having almost identical zero-field performances. Searching for thermodynamic transitions to stal?le ''glassy'' superconductivity in the presence of magnetic fields (H) over right arrow, we observe a significant increase of the glass transitions T-g((H) over right arrow) in YBa2Cu3O7 when changing the orientation from (H) over right arrow parallel to (c) over right arrow to (H) over right arrow perpendicular to (c) over right arrow and also after creation of columnar defects parallel to (c) over right arrow (matching field H-phi = 10 kOe) for H less than or equal to Y-b. In the strongly anisotropic Bi2Sr2CaCu2O8, on the other hand, which exhibits non-superconducting TAFF-behavior in the pristine state, columnar defects (H-phi = 10 kOe) produce transitions to Bose-glass (BG) superconductivity in fields (H) over right arrow parallel to (c) over right arrow up to H-phi. Surprisingly, the columnar defects parallel to (c) over right arrow raise the transition temperatures T-g(H), also for (H) over right arrow perpendicular to (c) over right arrow.
