摘要
As the needs of job market are becoming more rational, advanced degree-based hard power is no longer the sole criterion for successful employment. Soft power with morality, responsibility, spirit of innovation as the main elements is gradually favored by the employers. Highly educated postgraduates group have relatively strong hard power in the job competition, while their soft power is unmatched, thus how to improve the soft power of postgraduates for employment has important practical significance.
