摘要
With the aggravation of global competition and progress of the science and technology, modem management thought and means are improving and developing constantly, more and more enterprise begin to use supply chain management tactics. Supplier selection play a very important role in supply chain management, it determine whole competitive power of supply chain directly, so, selecting a suitable method of supplier selection become an important component of the modem enterprise strategy. The paper propose improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model, this model calculates simpler, apt to calculate the supplier's rough rank, on this basis, through setting up model of double-layer programing to determine the optimal supplier and quantity of each supplier, then use genetic algorithm to solve the model.
