摘要
We prove that in the finite field F = Fq, q = 2(m), with a primitive element alpha, there exists a nonzero element beta such that (max)(t is an element of[0,1)) vertical bar Sigma(q-2)(k=0)(-1)(Tr(beta alpha k))(2 pi ikt)(e)vertical bar >= 1/pi root 2 root q ln ln q. As an application of this result we show that the peak-to-average power ratio of the maximallength shift-register sequences (M-sequences) tends to infinity when their length grows.
