摘要
One of the main subjects that burn researches are focused on is saving the zone of stasis. There are many molecules that are used for this purpose, but all have their drawbacks. Glutathione is one of the major buffer molecules of the cells and is known to increase the thermoresistance of the cells. In this study, the effect of the systemic glutathione on the zone of stasis was evaluated. The results showed that glutathione is an effective molecule for saving the zone of stasis. It is well-known cheap, and easy to use. (c) 2005 Elsevier Ltd and ISBI. All rights reserved.
