摘要：

The article introduce the result of a research supported by Ministry of Social Affairs and Employment in 2007. Goal of the research was to find out what kind of financial and professional problems endangered the work of NGOs those implemented projects in the framework of the Human Resource Development Operative Program and EQUAL between 2004-2006. The research also maped out the typical solutions and tried to find out the impacts of,the problems and solutions on the operation and finacial status of NGOs.
