摘要
Traumatic biliary injuries are uncommon and frequently associated with damage to other viscera. Some injuries are immediately recognized but others are occult and present with a postoperative bile leak or more insidiously. Biliary trauma requires a multidisciplinary approach: radiological, endoscopic and operative interventions all play a role.
