摘要
This paper makes a survey of 146 employees in an IT company in Shanghai, China, to explore the employee's job satisfaction. Firstly, the effect of the demographic variables and occupational variables on job satisfaction is analyzed and then they are used as controlling variables to study the influence of each job facet satisfaction on job satisfaction.
