摘要：
In order to improve the resource utilization of school accommodation and work efficiency, the development of the on-line accommodation application system for postgraduates (OAASP) will be helpful to improve the overall efficiency of postgraduate management. This paper outlines the necessities of developing the OAASP, and provides a using process of application for postgraduate students, college administrators and managers in apartment office. The OAASP is designed to optimize workflow, to manage scientifically and to improve work efficiency. On the basis of gradual perfection, this system could be put into the management of college apartment broadly, and will have a great utilization value.
