摘要
Breakdown, at least in point-plane geometry, is the result of inception and propagation of pre-breakdown phenomena called "streamers". The purpose of the present investigation is a spectroscopic measurement of the essential plasma parameters, i.e. the gas temperature and the neutral particle and electron densities. In this paper we focus our spectroscopic investigation on fast positive filamentary streamers obtained at large gap distance under high impulse voltage in LN2.
